Ecobiology
The integration of geobiology, organic building and green technology concepts results in the implementation of a healthy edifice. It entails paying special attention during every step of its design, construction and use.
Geobiology
Terrestrial radiation influences all life: humans, animals and plants. This applies just as much in the natural environment as in buildings in urban landscapes. The study of these phenomena is called “geobiology”. Geological deformation and energy systems modify, increase and concentrate this radiation, which can affect the balance essential for human development and cause health problems and even diseases.
Geobiology highlights this subtle energy and, through preliminary analysis diagnostics, allows us to establish human activities that match and are in harmony with the site in question.
In addition, the building influences and modifies this natural energy through its shape, materials and technical installations.

Organic building
For an edifice to be in harmony with its site, it has to form part of a dynamic, changing balance, including natural energy that is essential for human beings. Organic ("green") building, which is the deliberate use of healthy materials and adaptation of planning to the characteristics of the site and technical installations, provides the guarantee of maintaining quality of life. We are returning to terracotta brick construction, using it also for slabs, and we use insulation bricks, which allows the use of internal and external building insulation to be eliminated.
The materials used are ones that are as environmentally friendly as possible and which, in addition to commonly-accepted physical properties, have the following biotic qualities:

Green technology
This concept encompasses all heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical installations, with a view to obtaining energy savings and using renewable energy. This concept ensures good integration and low impact on the ecosystem.
What is involved is applying holistic energy concepts that are economical and reliable.
Ecobiological technical installations are based on the following principles:
- Guaranteeing good quality of life.
- Renewable forms of energy are going to play an increasingly important role. A good example is solar panels, which in good weather ensure hot water is provided for a detached house for five people, as well as for heating the swimming pool.
- Selection of energy forms that have minimum impact on the environment.
- Maximum use of both passive and active renewable forms of energy.
- Optimum control and recovery of energy.
- Positioning of fittings and apparatuses in accordance with geobiological requirements.
- Reducing nuisance created by technical installations, and particularly electrical and electromagnetic fields, to the maximum extent.
- People and environmentally friendly earthing with full earthing in accordance with the geobiological conditions and a full equipotential balance for all installations.
